Dancing with Angels first appeared on DVD as part of the CD/DVD Angel Dance of the Toon Roos Group that was released in 2011 on the label Challenge Jazz. The documentary features an extensive interview with Toon on his music, his inspirations, highlights in his musical career and the making of his album Angel Dance. On the late night of Friday 8 July 2005, a unique and historic jam session took place at the North Sea Jazz Festival in The Hague. The Bird Session featured an all-star lineup of musicians, personally selected by keyboard legend Joe Zawinul and bebop master, pianist Barry Harris. It was a celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of the festival and of the fiftieth dying day of Charlie Parker. This is a video impression of the first part of the session, where the band played the song Perdido.

This is a recording released on Ivan Paduart’s album A Night At The Music Village. Ivan wanted to record the song Vienna’s Touch that Toon wrote for his daughter. As special guest the legendary Toots Thielemans was invited. The video has the original recording of the album with images from the rehearsal and is produced by Patrick Watteeuw as a tribute to Toots.
